Здравствуйте, Марина! Иностранные образовательные документы должны пройти процедуру нострификации в Украине. Документы из Беларуси (диплом+приложение к диплому с оценками) необходимо апостилировать в Беларуси, затем сделать нотариальный перевод на украинский язык. И только после этого можно подать документы на процедуру нострификации.
Если у Вас нет возможности апостилировать документы в РБ, то у нас есть партнеры в РБ - мы можем у них уточнить смогут ли они помочь в данном вопросе или нет. Нотариальный перевод документов необходимо делать в Украине - это мы также можем сделать.
