The consular legalization of a diploma is a more complex procedure than apostille putting. The "Apostille" stamp is put on a diploma in Ministry of Education, and is only needed if you plan to continue your education in one of the countries, which is a participant of the Hague Convention. Also, the difference of this procedure consists in the fact that the apostille must be put on the document original and not on the copy.
