«Dichiarazione di valore in loco» - is the document issued in the established order by the Italian Embassy in Ukraine, giving the possibility of study or work in Italy.
In the declaration itself is defined that the education obtained in the territory of Ukraine, meets all norms and standards provided in Italy. This procedure is obligatory, because the training time in Ukraine and Italy is different as for institutions providing secondary education and higher education. The procedure of declaration of educational documents is carried out only by the Italian Consulate.

- The Apostille stamp is put in Ministry of Education of Ukraine on all educational documents (certificates, diplomas, supplements to them);
- After the Apostille putting the document translation is made. The translation is carried out by a sworn translator at the Embassy of Italy in Ukraine;
- Writing the application and the submission of generated documents in the Embassy of Italy in Ukraine.

List of necessary documents for registration
The list of documents, on which the dichiarazione di valore must be put:
- Originals of all educational documents (diplomas, certificates, supplements to them);
- Original or copy of the international passport, the documents confirming the surname change (divorce or marriage certificate) may be also required;
- Accredited translations of all documents;
- Apostille on all aforesaid documents;
- Application.
